Account & Login

Creating an account is straightforward. Click the Register button, fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a username, and set a strong password. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once done, you can log in immediately and start exploring slots, cricket betting, bingo, and more — all funded in PKR.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the mobile number or email address you registered with. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access within a few minutes. If you run into trouble, check the security section below or contact support.

No. CB999 allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against the platform's terms and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your original account, use the password reset option rather than creating a new one. For help, reach out to the support team with your registered details.

Log into your account and go to your profile settings. From there you can update your display name, contact details, and notification preferences. For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address may require identity verification. Always keep your contact details current so you can recover your account if needed.
Deposits & Withdrawals

CB999 supports a range of popular Pakistani payment methods. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (Pakistan's real-time interbank system), direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All transactions are handled in PKR with no currency conversion required.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically processed within a few hours. Raast and bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Card withdrawals can take two to three business days. Make sure your withdrawal details match your registered account information to avoid delays.

Yes, minimum amounts apply and vary by payment method. CB999 keeps minimum deposits low so players can start with whatever they're comfortable with in PKR. Specific limits are shown at the time of your transaction. There are no hidden fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

First, check your transaction history in your CB999 account to confirm the deposit has been recorded. If it's not showing, wait a few minutes as network delays can occasionally slow things down. If the PKR amount has left your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account but hasn't appeared on CB999 after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Keep a screenshot of your payment confirmation handy.
Bonuses & Promotions

New CB999 players receive a welcome bonus when they register and make their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are visible on the Promotions page. Offers update regularly, especially around major cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. Check the promotions page after logging in to see the latest deal available to your account.

Wagering requirements mean you need to play through a bonus amount a certain number of times before it converts to withdrawable PKR. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you need to place PKR 5,000 in total bets before you can withdraw that bonus amount. Each promotion displays its own wagering terms clearly — read them before claiming any offer.

CB999 rewards regular players with daily login bonuses that accumulate the more consecutive days you sign in. These credits are added to your account automatically — no promo code needed. The streak resets if you miss a day, so logging in consistently is the best way to keep the rewards building. Check your account dashboard after each login to see what's been credited.
Games

CB999 offers a wide selection of games across multiple categories. You'll find Slots with hundreds of titles, Fish Games with skill-based shooting gameplay, Bingo rooms, and full Sports Betting including live cricket markets. The platform adds new games regularly, so there's always something fresh to try after you log in.

Yes, absolutely. All CB999 slots are fully playable on mobile browsers and through the Android app. The games are optimised for smaller screens and load well even on standard mobile data connections. For the smoothest experience, download the CB999 App — it's lighter than the browser version and keeps you logged in between sessions.

Fish Games are arcade-style shooting games where you fire at fish and sea creatures moving across the screen. Each fish has a point value and the bigger the catch, the bigger the reward. You control the speed and type of your shots, making it a more interactive experience than standard slots. Visit the Fish Games section to browse available titles and start playing.
Cricket & Sports Betting

Yes. CB999's sports betting section covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral cricket series, and major tournaments year-round. You'll find pre-match and live in-play betting markets with odds updated ball by ball. Head to the Betting section when a match is live to see real-time odds and available bet types.

Besides cricket, CB999 also covers football leagues and international matches, as well as esports tournaments. The sports betting catalogue varies based on the current schedule. Check the Betting page for the full list of active markets — new matches and events are added regularly throughout the week.

Log into your CB999 account and navigate to the Betting section. Select your sport, browse available matches, and click on the odds for the outcome you want to back. This adds a selection to your bet slip. Enter your stake in PKR, review the potential return, and confirm the bet. Your account balance updates immediately and you can track your bets in your account history.
Security & Responsible Gaming

CB999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, the same standard used by banks and major financial platforms. Your password is stored in encrypted form and is never visible to platform staff. Personal data is not shared with third parties. Each login session is individually secured so that activity from an unknown device can be flagged quickly.

Act immediately. Change your password straight away using the reset link on the Login page. Then contact CB999 support with details of the suspicious activity — your account can be temporarily frozen while an investigation takes place. Avoid using shared devices or public Wi-Fi to access your account, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

CB999 is designed for adult entertainment and should be enjoyed within your personal budget and time limits. Before each session, decide how much you're comfortable spending and stick to it. Take regular breaks, avoid chasing losses, and keep gaming as a leisure activity rather than a source of income. If you feel your habits are becoming difficult to control, visit the Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management guidance. CB999 is for players aged 18 and above only.

CB999 takes player safety seriously in terms of data protection, secure payments, and fair gameplay. The platform is built with Pakistani players in mind — PKR transactions, local payment methods, and cricket-focused content. As a player, your responsibility is to use the platform within your personal limits and to ensure you are of legal adult age. For guidance on sensible gaming, see the Responsible Gaming section.
